Speaking of Fashion

When the weather changes all things need updating. I'm in the process of lightening up some decor in my home to flow with the summer season. I'm a huge fan of Pier One Imports and Homegoods. I love. IO Metro as well. Does anyone have any ideas on changing decor in the home for summer.?

    I love Pier One and IO Metro too! I would love my house to look like their showrooms. Funny thing is, my oldest daughter (26) says she doesn't like the house all picked up like that. She says it looks most inviting during Christmas when all the "stuff" is placed all over the stairs, couches, and floor. Also watching the HGTV station is very cool. They take a little paint and a couple of pillows and voila! I also like taking a magazine and re-creating the look.

    Pillows! Change pillows and pictures and you can have a whole new look!

    I love Pier One, change up the color scheme to match the summer season.
